How it works

01

Send the drawings

Drag in the files or paste a link. Add an email or a WhatsApp number.

02

We read them

Our team goes through the drawings trade by trade and builds the bill of quantities.

03

You get the BOQ

We send it to the email or WhatsApp you gave. If a file will not open, we ask you there.

Already have a BOQ? Post it as an RFQ. Want to know which document you need first? Read BOQ vs RFQ, or start from the BOQ template.

Frequently asked questions

What drawings can I send?

PDF, DWG, DXF and IFC files, and images of drawings, up to 50 MB each. Large sets can go as a Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer link instead.

Do I need an account?

No. Send the drawings and one way to reach you, an email or a WhatsApp number. That is all the form asks for.

Which trades does the BOQ cover?

AV, ELV, lighting and home automation: the packages RFQsNow is built around. Mark the trade if you know it; if the drawings cover several, we read all of them.

What happens to a shared link?

A single file shared from Google Drive or Dropbox is copied into our own private storage when it arrives, so it is kept even if the link expires. Folders, OneDrive and WeTransfer links are opened by our team. Google Drive links need to be shared as "Anyone with the link can view"; the form tells you straight away if one is private.

What can I do with the BOQ?

Use it as the base for your own estimate, or post it as an RFQ on RFQsNow and get subcontractor bids on the same lines, so every quote compares line by line.
