Acceptance
By using RFQsNow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Platform use
RFQsNow is a B2B procurement platform. You must represent a legitimate business to use the platform. Personal use is not permitted.
Buyer obligations
Buyers must post RFQs in good faith. RFQs that do not represent real procurement requirements may be removed.
Supplier obligations
Suppliers must provide accurate company and capability information. Bids must be genuine and represent real pricing and delivery commitments.
Prohibited conduct
Spam, fake bids, price fixing, misrepresentation, and circumvention of the platform to conduct transactions off-platform are prohibited.
Limitation of liability
RFQsNow facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers but is not party to any contract formed between them.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
