Our role
RFQsNow provides a software platform that connects buyers and suppliers. It is not a party to any quotation, purchase order, contract, payment or delivery between users.
Platform use
Accounts on RFQsNow are for businesses. You must represent a legitimate business to create one.
Buyer obligations
Buyers must post RFQs in good faith. RFQs that do not represent real procurement requirements may be removed.
Supplier obligations
Suppliers must provide accurate company and capability information. Bids must be genuine and represent real pricing and delivery commitments.
Prohibited conduct
Spam, fake bids, price fixing and misrepresentation are prohibited. Using contact or project information obtained through RFQsNow to bypass the platform's RFQ, bid or award process, or to avoid fees or commission owed to RFQsNow, is also prohibited.
No guarantee
RFQsNow does not guarantee or warrant any user's identity, solvency, creditworthiness, payment, performance, or the accuracy of information users provide.
Limits of verification
Any document review or "verified" status is a limited check of documents supplied at a point in time. It is not a credit check, endorsement or guarantee, and users must not rely on it in place of their own due diligence.
Your due diligence
Each user is solely responsible for its own due diligence on counterparties, including credit checks, payment terms, securities and guarantees.
Payments are between buyer and supplier
All payments, payment instruments (including cheques and post-dated cheques), credit terms and collections are strictly between buyer and supplier. RFQsNow does not hold, process, guarantee or collect transaction funds.
Fees
Fees for credits and paid services are shown at the point of purchase. Where a commission applies to an awarded transaction, its amount and the point at which it becomes payable are agreed in writing between RFQsNow and the supplier for that transaction. RFQsNow does not collect, hold or guarantee any transaction payment.
Limitation of liability
RFQsNow is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, including non-payment, fraud, dishonoured cheques or non-performance. Total liability for any claim is capped at the fees the claiming user paid to RFQsNow in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
Users indemnify RFQsNow against claims arising from their transactions with other users and from their breach of these terms.
Disputes between users
Disputes between users are resolved directly between them. RFQsNow may provide records it holds where legally required or permitted, without becoming a party.
Fraud and suspension
RFQsNow may suspend or remove accounts suspected of fraud or misuse and may cooperate with authorities.
Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned. When we make a material change we update the version and date shown here and notify registered users by email. Creating an account or signing in after a change means you accept the updated terms.
