Access real demand, not cold leads
Receive live GCC procurement RFQs matched to your exact category and geography. Each opportunity goes to a small, curated group of suppliers — not broadcast to everyone on the platform. Submit structured bids. Build bidding history on the platform. Compete for real projects.
Controlled access. Not a broadcast.
Most tender platforms send the same opportunity to dozens of suppliers simultaneously. On RFQsNow, each RFQ is matched to a small, curated group of suppliers relevant to that specific scope and geography.
The exact number varies by project size and category. The principle does not change: when you receive an RFQ on this platform, you are one of a deliberately limited set of suppliers being invited to compete. Your time spent preparing a bid is protected. Your chance of winning is real.
Why suppliers choose RFQsNow
No wasted quoting effort
You only receive RFQs in the sectors you operate in. AV suppliers see AV RFQs. ELV suppliers see ELV RFQs. Every notification is a relevant, active procurement requirement — not a broadcast you have to filter yourself.
Verified buyer-side teams with live deadlines
Every RFQ comes from a verified procurement or MEP team at a contractor, consultant, or developer actively sourcing for a live project. Not a speculative inquiry. Not a price check. A real requirement with a bid deadline.
Your bid looks professional every time
Submit in a standardised format: unit prices, lead times, compliance notes. Buyers compare you directly against competitors in the same structure. Your pricing and delivery capability speak for themselves.
Your bidding history builds over time
Relevant bidding activity on the platform can help buyers understand how consistently and professionally your team responds to matched RFQs.
Stop spending BD budget on cold calls
Buyers with live projects come to you through matched RFQ notifications. No chasing procurement managers. No following up on tenders that were never real. Qualified procurement requirements, matched to your category.
Only the markets you actually serve
Filter by UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and other GCC markets. You only receive RFQs for projects in geographies where you have confirmed delivery capacity.
Suppliers on this platform get paid.
The largest confirmed closed contract facilitated through RFQsNow to date is AED 1.65M — a residential AV and ELV package in Dubai. The supplier was matched to the RFQ, submitted a structured bid, was awarded the contract, and received full payment.
That is the outcome this platform exists to create. Buyer and supplier remain anonymous at their request.
Simple, transparent access pricing.
Pay per RFQ, or use a monthly access plan for matched opportunities in your category and geography. Pricing reflects the commercial value of what you are accessing.

Prices are current test pricing and subject to change — subscribers receive 30 days notice before any pricing update takes effect.
Does the unlock fee make sense for your business?
At 15% margin, even a modest contract makes the unlock fee negligible.
The unlock fee is not the question. The question is whether the RFQ is worth bidding. Our job is to make sure it is.
What makes an RFQ qualify for the platform
Every RFQ passes a quality check before it reaches suppliers. This is the standard that makes paying to unlock commercially defensible.
Buyer is verified and identity-confirmed
The buyer organisation and the individual posting the RFQ are confirmed before any opportunity goes live. Anonymous or unverifiable buyers do not reach the platform.
Scope includes structured BOQ or detailed specification
Every RFQ must include a bill of quantities or a detailed scope document. Vague enquiries without line items are not accepted — suppliers need enough to price accurately.
Bidder pool is limited — you are not competing against an open field
Each RFQ is distributed to a small, curated group of relevant suppliers. You will always be one of a deliberately limited set — not one of fifty.
Submission deadline is defined and enforced
Every RFQ has a confirmed bid deadline set by the buyer. Open-ended or expired RFQs are not published. Your time preparing a bid is protected.
What verification actually means.
Every supplier on RFQsNow is reviewed before accessing live RFQs. Verification is not a checkbox. It means:
Trade license confirmed
Valid UAE or GCC trade license reviewed and on file.
Category capability validated
Your sector experience is confirmed against project history, not just self-declared. We verify that your company has relevant experience in AV, ELV, Lighting, or Home Automation.
GCC operating presence confirmed
You only receive RFQs in markets where you have confirmed delivery capacity.
Bidding history starts from your first RFQ
Activity on the platform begins to build a record of how your team responds to matched opportunities over time.
Categories we serve
Questions suppliers ask before joining.
How many other suppliers receive the same RFQ as me?
We deliberately limit the number of suppliers who receive each RFQ. The exact number depends on project category, geography, and size — but the principle is consistent: you are one of a small, curated group. The preview shows the expected supplier distribution before you unlock.
Can I see project details before paying for access?
Yes. Before unlocking, you can see the RFQ category, project type, geography, project size band, bid deadline, and maximum number of suppliers receiving the RFQ. Full BOQ and buyer contact details are released after unlock.
What if the RFQ I unlock is incomplete or the buyer is unresponsive?
Every RFQ is reviewed against a minimum quality standard before it reaches you. If an RFQ you have paid to unlock is materially incomplete or misrepresented, contact us within 48 hours and we will review for a credit. Buyer responsiveness is reviewed when issues are raised, and repeated problems affect how future RFQs are handled.
What happens if I lose an RFQ I quoted on?
Confirmed outcomes and relevant bidding history can be reflected on your profile over time. Losing an RFQ does not automatically damage your standing.
How is RFQ quality maintained?
Every RFQ is reviewed against a minimum quality standard before it is released to suppliers. Required before going live: category and subcategory, geography, BOQ or scope document, bid submission deadline, confirmed buyer identity, and active procurement status — not a price check. This standard exists because suppliers are paying for access to real opportunities.
Is there a free trial?
Suppliers can view RFQ previews — category, geography, project type, size band, deadline, and maximum supplier distribution — before purchasing access. Full BOQ and buyer contact details require an unlock. Buyers are always free.
