Verification steps
Category validation
Sectors confirmed — AV, ELV, Lighting, Automation, or combinations. Suppliers only see RFQs in their verified categories.
Geographic relevance
Operating regions confirmed. UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, or broader GCC. Suppliers only receive RFQs in markets they serve.
Commercial qualification
Company profile, trade information, and capability reviewed before platform access is granted.
Performance tracking
Response times, bid quality, and win rates are tracked and visible to buyers on supplier profiles.
Ongoing accountability
Suppliers who consistently ignore matched RFQs or submit low-quality bids are flagged and reviewed.
Buyer-driven feedback
Buyers can rate outcomes after award. Performance history builds over time and informs future matching.
