How supplier verification works.
Every subcontractor on RFQsNow has its categories, operating regions and company details reviewed before it gets full access to live RFQs. The goal is relevance and commercial seriousness, not a public ranking system.

Finding verified AV, ELV and lighting subcontractors and suppliers in Dubai and the UAE
Contractors do not search a directory on RFQsNow. You post the package once, with line items and attachments, and the RFQ is matched to subcontractors by category: AV integrators for AV scope, ELV contractors for CCTV, access control and cabling, lighting subcontractors for fixture and control schedules. Each RFQ goes to a curated group of relevant subcontractors, not a broadcast to everyone on the platform.
Verification sits on top of that matching. A subcontractor's category, operating regions and company details are reviewed before full access to live RFQs, and subcontractors can submit company documents for review to hold verified status. Status can be reviewed again if contractors report a poor fit or repeated non-response.
What you see as the contractor: every bid on the same line items, with unit price, total, lead time and compliance notes, and a summary of how many of the bidding subcontractors are verified. Subcontractor names are never published on public pages.
Verification steps
Category fit review
Sectors are reviewed against the subcontractor's stated capabilities so RFQs are matched by relevant category.
Geographic relevance
Operating regions are confirmed as part of the review.
Company details
Trade and company details are reviewed before full access to live RFQs is granted.
Scope relevance
The goal is to avoid clearly off-category or speculative subcontractors entering live contractor workflows.
Activity review over time
Relevant platform activity may increasingly inform internal matching review over time. It is not presented as a universal public score for every contractor.
Issue escalation
If contractors report a materially poor fit or repeated non-response, the subcontractor can be reviewed again before receiving more access.
Before and after verification
A trade licence is not required to register. A new subcontractor states its categories, operating regions and company details, and RFQsNow reviews them.
While that review is open, a new subcontractor can open one RFQ with its free first unlock, at any project size.
After that, paid unlocks need a verified organisation, so the full detail of live RFQs stays with subcontractors whose details have been reviewed.
What verification does not imply
Verification helps RFQsNow filter for relevance and seriousness before subcontractors and suppliers access live opportunities. It does not mean every subcontractor is the right fit for every project, and it is not a guarantee of future award outcomes.
Contractors still make final commercial and technical decisions based on price, delivery capacity, compliance, and project-specific suitability.
