How supplier verification works.
Every supplier on RFQsNow goes through a review process before accessing live RFQs. The goal is relevance and commercial seriousness, not a public ranking system.
Verification steps
Category fit review
Sectors are reviewed against the supplier’s stated capabilities so RFQs are matched by relevant category.
Geographic relevance
Operating regions are confirmed. Suppliers only receive RFQs in markets they say they can serve.
Company details
Trade and company details are reviewed before live RFQ access is granted.
Scope relevance
The goal is to avoid clearly off-category or speculative suppliers entering live buyer workflows.
Activity review over time
Relevant platform activity may increasingly inform internal matching review over time. It is not presented as a universal public score for every buyer.
Issue escalation
If buyers report a materially poor fit or repeated non-response, the supplier can be reviewed again before receiving more access.
What verification does not imply
Verification helps RFQsNow filter for relevance and seriousness before suppliers access live opportunities. It does not mean every supplier is the right fit for every project, and it is not a guarantee of future award outcomes.
Buyers still make final commercial and technical decisions based on price, delivery capacity, compliance, and project-specific suitability.
